A Family-Friendly Getaway in MonegliaOur recent stay at Corallo in the picturesque village of Moneglia proved to be a memorable family vacation, ideal for those seeking an intimate and welcoming environment. Nestled just five minutes from the beach, the location was perfect for our young daughter, allowing her to explore the stunning coastal views while we relaxed on the balcony. The cozy accommodations made it easy for us to enjoy family time, and air conditioning was conveniently available upon request. Despite Moneglia being less frequented by American tourists, we encountered no language barriers, which added to our comforting experience. The town's charming atmosphere was complemented by friendly locals, and while we wished for an organized tour to explore more, it was a joy to stroll through the breathtaking streets at our own pace. For families, I recommend considering scooter rentals or electric bike options, as these would enhance the exploration of this beautiful village. Corallo is a delightful choice for families aiming to unwind in a serene setting while being close to nature, all while fostering an appreciation for responsible travel that my profession as an environmental scientist truly advocates.
